Taking place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, US, on Sunday, August 28, the 2022 VMAs will be broadcast live for fans to enjoy.

How to Watch BLACKPINK’s MTV VMA Awards 2022 Performance
The girl group, which consists of members Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé, will take to the stage alongside a slew of other talented musicians. They will perform new single “Pink Venom” from their forthcoming second album Born Pink.
BLACKPINK will be performing as part of the main show, which is being hosted by Nicki Minaj. The event will begin at 8 p.m. ET.
There are 13 performers who will take to the stage during the show one of whom is BLACKPINK, and as yet a specific time has not been given for their performance.
When sharing the news of their part in the 2022 VMAs, BLACKPINK wrote on Twitter: “We’re performing at the 2022 #VMAs! Make sure you tune in Sunday August 28 at 8p on @MTV”
BLACKPINK will be performing alongside Lizzo, Måneskin, Nicki Minaj, Jack Harlow, Anitta, Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Kane Brown, Eminem and Snoop Dogg, Khalid and Marshmello, Panic! at the Disco, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
BLACKPINK’s second album, Born Pink, will be released on September 16, while “Pink Venom” came out on Friday, August 19 and the music video has garnered over 198 million views on YouTube within its first week.
BLACKPINK are also up for the Group of the Year award and the prize for Best Metaverse Performance for their song “BLACKPINK the Virtual” on PUBG.
Lisa is also up for an award for her solo album “LALISA,” which has been nominated in the Best K-Pop category.
The group’s fanbase, Blinks, will be able to watch them perform live in the U.S. on MTV, VH1, Paramount Network, MTV 2, BET, BET Her, CMT, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and the CW.
For any viewers that are not a cable network customer the entire ceremony will also be streamed live on MTV. com.
Paramount+, YouTube TV, and Hulu+Live TV will also stream the MTV VMAs live, so there are a number of ways fans can enjoy BLACKPINK’s performance.
